Automation & integrations
Less duplicate entry. Better connected workflows.
Moving data between applications by hand takes time and creates opportunities for errors. I connect existing systems and automate recurring steps with understandable rules and clear responsibilities.

- Enquiries, appointments or order details are copied between applications.
- Tasks and notifications have to be triggered manually after each step.
- Imports and data reconciliation are error-prone and hard to monitor.
Possible applications
Connections that reduce manual work.
A recurring step with clear rules is a useful starting point. Together, we clarify which data to transfer, what should happen automatically and when someone needs to review or decide.
Connect systems
I connect CRM, ERP, email, calendars or established payment providers through suitable interfaces such as APIs, webhooks or data imports. Payment integrations can coordinate the provider’s checkout and status updates for the relevant order.
Trigger workflows
Capture enquiries, create tasks, reconcile data or send notifications. Plan for errors, retries and ownership from the start.
Add AI selectively
I integrate existing AI services for assistants, classification, document processing or internal search. The workflow defines which data is used and who reviews, corrects or approves results for further processing.
Concept example
A course registration without retyping the details.
A course provider currently copies online registrations into participant management by hand. An integration transfers the required details and assigns them to the selected course. A receipt confirmation is sent after the record is created successfully. Missing details or transfer errors are flagged for review instead of being left unnoticed.
- 01
Check registration
The integration checks that the course and required participant details are present.
- 02
Record the participant
The details are assigned to the course. Receipt is confirmed after the record is created successfully.
- 03
Resolve exceptions
Incomplete or failed transfers are flagged for review. The responsible person decides on the next step.
Working together
Turn a manual step into an agreed workflow.
We start with a manageable process. Rules, exceptions and ongoing checks are agreed in advance. Further steps can be added as needed.
- 01
Understand the workflow
You show me which details are transferred today and what happens next. Together, we identify the step to simplify.
- 02
Clarify options and rules
I check available interfaces, access and technical limits. We define where data belongs, what may happen automatically and who handles exceptions.
- 03
Connect and test
I develop the agreed integration and test typical cases, missing details and failures. We review progress against your workflows as agreed.
- 04
Prepare ongoing checks
We clarify error reporting, responsibilities and possible support during planning. At launch, I implement the agreed monitoring and handover steps.
Good to know
Common questions
Existing systems, error handling and the selective use of AI.
What determines the scope?
A useful project scope starts with your workflows, existing data and the first result you want to achieve.
- Number and quality of interfaces
- Data formats and mapping rules
- Data volumes and execution frequency
- Exceptions and approvals
- External services and ongoing support
Do existing systems need to be replaced?
Existing applications can often remain in use. The available interfaces, permissions and reliability of data exchange determine what is possible.
What happens when a transfer fails?
We agree in advance how failures are detected and reported and when a retry is appropriate. Avoiding duplicate records is considered as well. Cases that cannot be resolved automatically are made clear to the responsible person.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Conventional integrations and workflows are often sufficient for clear rules. Where AI provides useful support, I integrate existing services. Reviews and approvals are built into the workflow; business-critical decisions remain with the responsible people.
Are there ongoing costs or maintenance needs?
Connected services may have their own fees and terms. Changes to their interfaces can also require adjustments. We discuss foreseeable costs, workflow monitoring and possible technical support in advance and record the agreed scope.
Your workflow
Which task do you repeat every day?
Name the applications involved and describe the current process. That helps identify where a connection or automation can make a useful difference.
