Working together

Your project. A clear way forward.

You bring your idea and knowledge of your business. I guide the technical planning and implementation. Together, we agree goals, scope and communication to suit your project.

An idea is enough to get started.

You do not need a finished specification. The first conversation explores your goals, current workflows and open questions. Existing examples or a look at your current system help establish the starting point.

  • What should become easier or better?
  • Which people and systems are involved?
  • What timing and priorities matter?

The process

Clear structure. Room to adapt.

Consulting, development and support need different steps. I adapt the scope and depth of this process to your engagement.

  1. 01

    Understand

I discuss with you what should improve, who will use the solution and which systems are already in place. Together, we identify requirements and priorities.

    Outcome: goals and open questions
  2. 02

    Agree

Before work begins, we agree services, fees, responsibilities and timing. Reviews, approvals, handover and any ongoing support are also clarified early.

    Outcome: defined scope of work
  3. 03

    Build

I develop the agreed solution and review designs or progress with you as agreed. Your feedback informs the work; changes to scope and effort are discussed before implementation.

    Outcome: reviewable milestones
  4. 04

    Hand over & look ahead

Results are reviewed and handed over as agreed. Publication, documentation, access and training follow the defined scope. Further maintenance and development follow the responsibilities established in advance.

    Outcome: structured handover

Stay involved throughout the project.

Visible progress

I present progress through reviewable intermediate results. Depending on the project, these may be designs, clickable prototypes or working features. We agree the format and frequency of updates together.

Your expertise matters

You know your workflows and can assess whether the solution fits everyday use. I handle implementation and explain open technical decisions. Required content, access and feedback are coordinated in advance.

Make changes deliberately

New findings can change the plan. Before additional requirements are implemented, I discuss their effect on scope, effort and timing with you. This keeps the next steps clear.
